Introduction of Ramakrishna’s influence on modern India:-
The influence of Ramakrishna in present-day India is immense. Not only was he committed to Hinduism, but his interpretation of Hinduism inspired our sense of nationalism. He spoke of the integration of all religions, which made our people united for nationalism. The countrymen felt that everyone had to fight unitedly and that the path to freedom was our desired goal. His Vedanta practice and his initiation helped us understand Hinduism, and through him we first experienced that there is only one path in the lives of people of every religion, to find the presence of God.

Ramakrishna’s influence on modern India with connection of spirituality with practical life had a special impact on Indian society. He felt spirituality quite well and he felt that all religions have one path to ultimate attainment and he helped to propagate it but he was the guide on how to attain God by connecting spirituality with practical life. Swami Vivekananda, his devoted disciple, inspired people to nationalism in Indian social life by following his views and path. He was the first to preach and his doctrine that all men are equal before God was first established among the Indian public. Indian society at that time was deeply entangled in the caste problem. And solving the caste problem was not the aim of the British rulers, so the British were never enthusiastic about this problem. Ramakrishna was able to make all people understand that we are all children of God, our goal is to merge with God, that is, to surrender ourselves to God. So here the main thing is to do our own work in external life or daily life. As a result, the goal of society should be to rise above all these and move everyone forward equally.

Another successor of Ramakrishna was Keshab Chandra Sen. Keshab Chandra Sen was one of Ramakrishna’s disciples. His contribution to the propagation of Ramakrishna’s doctrine is undeniable. He was one of the proponents and propagators of Hinduism. He was not anti-British but tried to solve the dark aspects of Hindu society as best he could. As a result of his efforts, the protest against the practice of sati, keeping women away from education, etc. gained much momentum.
Ramkrishna Mission:-
Later, after the establishment of the Ramakrishna Mission according to his ideology, the special management that was carried out to see everyone equally and with the same eyes left an impression on the minds of all Indians. Later, the contribution of the Ramakrishna Mission in every case of natural calamity or natural disaster is undeniable. The Ramakrishna Mission stood very strongly against the caste system prevailing in the society of that time. It started a renaissance in Indian society by opposing untouchability and awakening the spirit of brotherhood. Ramakrishna was not directly involved in the freedom struggle in any way. But his followers like V.O. Chidambaram Pillai and C. Subramania Bharathi were direct advocates of the freedom struggle.

Ramakrishna’s influence on modern India teachings left an impression on the minds of every intellectual in the Indian society of that time. As a result, Ramakrishna’s thoughts spread more quickly in the society through the intellectuals of the society. Ramakrishna’s concentration on devotion and despite being poorly educated, his thoughts or words were in harmony with the Vedas and Upanishads, so the educated society was greatly influenced by him. In other words, indirectly speaking, it was through the educated society that Ramakrishna started a renaissance in Indian and Bengali social life.

Ramakrishna advised both men and women to stay away from the lust, anger, greed, etc. of external and worldly life. He explained to both that only through attaining God is the ultimate attainment of human life. It is possible to stay away from the violence, strife, social disputes and anti-social activities of social life only through the pursuit of God. This opinion of Ramakrishna is very relevant for present-day India. Because in today’s fast-paced life, peace has become rare in the minds of people. Everyone is engaged in an unwritten competition in their own way. The only way to stay away from this unreal, illusory pursuit is the pursuit of God.

Conclusion:-
It is said in Vedanta that before this human life, we have taken many births as different beings and have attained our human birth. But even if we exclude the previous ignorant births, we will have to suffer the punishment for the crimes of our present human birth in this very birth. That is, do not increase the burden of crimes and destroy yourself in the pursuit of God. As a result Ramakrishna’s influence on modern India, on the one hand, social crimes will decrease, on the other hand, people will stay away from this unwritten competition.
